On August 23rd 2014 the sun peeked through the clouds of the morning fog that Laguna Beach brings in giving us this amazing light and backdrop for Kate & Johns big day! By the afternoon the sun was in full swing and with no rain in site we had a happy bride!

How the Two Met: One of Kate's good friends introduced her to his new roommate, which was John, and from what I hear they took one look at each other and the rest is history!

The two chose the beautiful Moorea Estate in Laguna Beach, this estate has amazing views of the ocean, architecture to die for and a backyard MADE to have beautiful events, I think they chose wisely!

I worked with Kate early on in the planning process and we actually didn't meet face to face until months into us planning her wedding together but I just felt an instant click with her, she had a vision and a calmness about her that I loved...not to mention her vision was killer! I had so much fun being a part of this day for them, they truly are beautiful people inside and out and both of their families are so down to earth and such great fun!

Kate & John I wish you both the very best in this new journey, may you always look back on this day with fond memories and love!

On July 26th these two little lovebirds tied the knot!

I met Michelle early on in the planning process and from day one she had her sights set on the Hotel Del. The second we arrived to tour the Del she lit up, you could tell this was it for her...this was her dream and Dan, her father and I all knew we had found the spot for their big day!

The day had arrived and the hotel was buzzing with tourists, you see Michelle and Dan unbeknownst to them chose the very same date as Comic Con weekend in San Diego and many of the stars stay at the Hotel Del, we were all on full alert for Mr. Downey Jr.! The sun was out in full swing from sunrise and on with not a cloud in site, although the July weather gave us more heat then normal I don't think anyone felt it, they were all so happy and filled with excitement to share this day with Michelle and Dan.

The day began with the girls getting ready and enjoying a few memorable laughs and might I say these ladies clean up well!

 

Michelle & Dan decided to exchange letters without seeing each other before the ceremony, this proved to be one amazing photo op as well as a touching private moment for the two of them.

 

Let the Journey begin...

 Fingerprint Sign-in Book proved to be a success and a fun thing for them to hang in their home later on

And last I had to end with one of MY favorite photos...the photo of Michelle's dad when seeing her for the very first time as a bride...Priceless! 

Michelle & Dan, your light between the two of you is so strong and so alive it shines through to everyone around you.

I feel blessed to know you and have had the pleasure to get to know your family so well. I wish you so much love and happiness and cant wait to see where life takes you both...together.

Amber & TJ - JW Mariott Palm Springs

 

Amber & TJ were married on the beautiful grounds of the JW Marriott in Palm Springs.

This couple and their family I hold close to my heart as Amber is the 4th in her family of brides that I have had the pleasure of planning and coordinating their very special day!

The moment I met Amber & TJ I knew it was going to be an entertaining time with them; The Sharp witted lawyer Amber and her book of ideas and cool and collected officer TJ with his few but very important requests these two are seriously destined for greatness and I can not wait to see where this journey takes them together!

 

Cheers to you Amber & TJ you seriously were a blast to be around and I love you two together!
